Who we are

Tender Apps Limited LLC. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect on this site

If you ask to be told about another app in the series, we store your email address and which app you chose. When you request an invitation we receive the name, email address, company, role and note you type, plus a short label if you arrived through a tagged link (for example a link shared on LinkedIn), so we can see which channel brought you here. When you enter an invitation code we record each download: the time, which installer, your invitation code and name, an approximate location (city and country, taken from the connection) and the type of browser. We do not store your IP address. This is to keep track of the beta and to prevent abuse. Download records are kept for about a year. If the website assistant is switched on, the questions you type are sent to an AI service to produce an answer; please do not type confidential details.

What the Feedback button sends

Only what you choose to send: your comment, the type of note, an optional star rating, an optional screenshot you can see before sending, and, if you allow it, your name, company and email. We also receive the screen you were on, the app version and your computer type. It never sends your tender documents or project data. Please keep client-confidential details out of your comments and screenshots.

Tender content

TenderLine keeps your tenders on your computer. When an AI step is used, the text needed for that step is sent to the AI provider to produce the answer.

Why we use it

To run the beta, improve the product, reply to you and prevent misuse. We do not sell your data.
